Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–10 business days, excluding weekends. Please note that delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume. While we always strive to fulfill orders as fast as possible, external factors may occasionally affect delivery times.


Delivery & Inspection Policy

Inspection is allowed upon delivery.

You may open, try on, and fully check your order while the courier is present. However, partial acceptance is not permitted — you must either accept or reject the entire order.

  • If you are satisfied, you may proceed with payment.
  • If you are not satisfied, you may return the entire order immediately with the courier. In this case, shipping fees will apply.

Exchange & Return Policy

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only.

Exchanges are available within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn and in its original condition
  • All tags, tickets, and packaging must be intact
  • The item must be free from any damage, stains, or alterations

To request an exchange, please contact us via Instagram and send clear images of the item from all sides with tickets and packaging visible. Once approved, the item must be returned for the exchange to be processed.
